Hi ! I bought a box of Organic Sweet Potato flour that was called for in a taiwanese pork chop recipe. So that was delicious
but now what ? Could it be used a a thickener such as to replace cornstarch ?
Any ideas for what I could do with this stuff ? Other than bread OTHER things 
I dredge Tilapia in a light coat of flour when I bake it, perhaps this flour could be used in that manner.
I don’t know if the color would be “off-putting” but the taste sounds unique and fun!!
Good idea, the flour is actual white …
Oh… OK. I thought maybe it was an orange(ish) color, but white… perfect.
