I wonder what their sales have been doing of late?
It seems like a lot of my friends have moved on to small batch hot/chili sauces. Huy Fong used to be dominant.
On edit:
Stray thought after I posted this. I first ran into and fell in love with Sriracha at Pho 75 in Arlington. After putting Sriracha and the hoisin sauce on multiple bowls I decided I needed to have Huy Fong’s rooster in my fridge.
But I never bothered to buy hoisin sauce.
Odd that.

I think people were buying Huy Fong out of habit. After the last shortage, lots of them tried other Srirachas and liked them, so Huy Fong probably never recovered their whole customer base. (Just my theory, of course )
