This single dad sent his son off to college some months ago, and the evidence is pilling up that I’m cooking too much food, like on auto-pilot. My fridge is, well, you don’t want to know. I end up throwing things out, because I’m such a variety hog that I can’t eat the same thing for days. So next day or so , I think, “Hey, why not Thai food?” Soon my fridge has aisles. “Mexican?
