I cannot read the link, but I am of the view that whatever we have used for hundreds of years to no ill effect, both cookware and food, is the better course.

Thanks for the article @kaleokahu. By a weird coincidence, I have friends from Chicago visiting friends in Unity, Maine (the subject of the article) thus coming summer. Fortunately, they are not farmers in Unity. I frequent Maine often and had never heard of Unity before my Chicagoan friends told me about their upcoming trip.
