Owner of Sonoma’s Cafe La Haye Selling Restaurant To Longtime Employee

The cafe’s owner of 28 years has announced his retirement as of mid-January 2025, and will pass the torch to a longtime employee, keeping the whole crew aboard. Chef Marco Echeverria, the current executive chef, has worked at Cafe La Haye since 1998; new owners are José and Marta López-Nuñes.
