Which ‘small batch’ brand (or any) potato chips would you use for this? I suppose one could make their own, but then it’s not smack yo head easy anymore…
One that wouldn’t get soggy if it sat for more than 15 minutes with a dollop of creme fraiche on it. A brand that is thick – and with ridges?
I would use Kettle chips.
I’d probably use kettle also. But I wouldn’t assemble them all. I’d put out the seasoned creme fraiche, the caviar and the chips and bet that people would figure it out And being the potato chip lover that I am I’m pretty sure this will be how I’ll be serving. Thanks, l.

Well, I saw so many different delicacies and variants to change them… But this one is the real masterpiece. The main thing is to take fresh compounds. And the taste will be thrilling!
