BTW, does anyone think it needs to be made in so large a cooker?
Rick Bayless smoky pork tinga tacos. It’s a pared down version (no browning first) from another book but I don’t find it compromised the dish at all. I’d never had potatoes with Mexican food but this is super.
Judging by the ingredients, I don’t see why it can’t be made in a smaller crockpot. It’s not like the pudding puffs up and expands during the cooking phase!
