Clinton Street Baking Co. serves, without a doubt, the best pancakes in Singapore. Queues to get in can be quite daunting on weekends, though - up to 2-2.5 hours, but weekdays during off-peak meal periods are fine for walk-ins.
- The savoury options on the menu are pretty average, but portions are generous. One of my faves is biscuit sandwich with scrambled eggs, melted cheese, potato grits and add-on bacon.

- Banana walnut pancakes with maple syrup. Absolutely perfect texture and combinations of flavours.
- Blueberry pancakes - again, perfect texture - fluffier than all other pancake options in other similarly-themed places in Singapore.
- French toast with pecans, banana & maple syrup. It was excellent, but paled in comparison with the pancakes…
