So happy and excited to be joining this community. Just a brief intro, my name is Ian and I am from Singapore.
I am also excited to share my own personal cooking and eating experiences here so that I hope to bring more of our local and Asian cooking over to the other side of the globe. As often, I noticed that a lot of our cultural food heritage and cuisine has been misinterpreted or misunderstood.
