Real man, there, eh? Why wouldn’t he make his own charcoal and chunks? Advertising some, I would think, pricey products. Most simple, outdoorsy, types I know can’t afford the pretties. Smokers out of old fridges, cook on a simple grill over wood, game’s for supper. Oh, the CI Dutch oven, that’s an outdoor cooking masterpiece.
