Ummm, he has a ghost donut on his forehead!

Yes, he has one implanted. This kind of things is called “body mods”, I believe.

The photo that was mistakenly not posted yesterday in the above post (spaghetti muffins).

Another food funny post. Well, today, Pentecost/Whit Monday, is the last “free” day until christmas.

Food jackpot!

An employee made a mistake with the decimal…

Gherkin jackpot

Nice for them. (I have an aversion to green onions just like others who have an aversion to coriander. Accept, they say “it’s not possible”.)

Staff quit. Only at this location surely.

Covid victims? Staff have found new kind of work and are not returning.

Have you heard…?

Meanwhile in Germany, the first day the restaurants and pubs were opened again.

Springle’s design has changed

And what it used to look like in the 80’s

Want to take a chance… “Indian hot”, please.

Indeed.

Haha… that’s me. But I’m getting better. I’ve been making an effort. Btw, Pingu cartoon is adorable.

We were in Palm Coast Florida on mothers day. We tried to go in side a Wendy’s then a McDonald’s (needed a fast bite) and both were only open for drive through’s as they had no staff. They are having trouble getting staff because of the extra unemployment benefit.

And after losing his hair due to age, he’s also using Just For Men on his porn 'stache. Middle-age crisis, perhaps?

Probably a factor, but also over-simplifying. Add childcare being un-available, homeschooling, and increased aversion to crowds of people. Oh, and the low wages. Who would want to get breathed on and yelled at by the public all day when they can pack boxes in an Amazon warehouse for a few $/hr more? I’d take Amazon over fast food! I’ve never worked fast food but I actually did work in an Amazon warehouse for a few months, approx 25 years ago. Kind of a sweatshop, but not any worse than restaurants

An Amazon warehouse in the late 90s looked considerably different to the ones in place now.
That said, all labour should organise. I’m glad to see that restaurants are struggling to find work, not for the ‘extra unemployment benefit’ which might be softening the current economic blow, but because workers are not as keen to be exploited.

Kitchen designs. It’s acceptable somewhere…

I’m glad my sink is round. No Texas corners to slow me down.

Everything in its place.

Why did I pay more than 200 bucks for a Weber?

Some country has “American size” mayonnaise

I need to stop looking at food adverts

Never watched Cheers, but damn, they poured like that on the show? Too much head.

I’m glad I didn’t have any liquid in my mouth, because I would’ve done a spit take.
