I had the exact same thought.
Interestingly, I can’t find any other mention of their dress code rules except the Reddit thread about the same dress code rules picture. Sounds like it’s a shithole, where security threw someone through a window in a neighboring store and then lied about it.
The bar claims the DJ put it up without their permission. But doesn’t sound like a very inviting place to go. For anyone.

Still coming down steadily. All residents have to remove their cars tomorrow for a 2 hour plowing window 12-2 or get towed. Guaranteed that someone will be yelling at the property manager “Why wasn’t I TOLD!!!”. They were early & often.
Looks like they need to fire a fair bit of the staff, as rudeness seems the primary complaint.
As for the dress code, it appears to have been specific to the NYE event (tickets $29), not a general requirement otherwise (@Hunterwali, @bbqboy, and @LindaWhit).

Thx. I was thinking it might have been for NYE, and it sort of makes sense for NYE, but I couldn’t find anything specific. Even their Eventbrite invite only says this:
The bans on gauges, single color dress, and no neck or face tattoos seem out of line. So anyone wanting to wear an LBD for NYE was SOL on 12/31. (How’s THAT for a plethora of acronyms?)
I think you were onto something above, like where it was claimed the DJ put up the paper sign, maybe riffing on their announced (but otherwise non-specific) “Dress To Impress” theme.
I was waiting for this
I’m not buying Clay’s response–I don’t think Saban will go back to the NFL. But since 2 or 3 of the NFC East teams may be in the market
And the caption is wrong. Clearly that’s Saban, Belichick and Carroll.
HEY!!!
You do know I’m an Eagles fan, right?
No, I didn’t. And then again, Yoda WAS the Master Jedi of all Master Jedis, so…
(But Saban is definitely shorter than Carroll and Belichick by 5 inches!)
Didn’t know that about their heights.
But Philly sports media is going all in on dumping Sirianni and getting Belichick. (Philly fans are fickle if nothing else.)
INTERESTING! Up here, the sports pundits are saying maybe he’ll go to the Falcons, who just fired their coach 3 days ago.
But since both Bill AND Bob Kraft are having a dual press conference, I’m wondering if, at age 82, Bob Kraft will retire and hand the reins over to Jonathan Kraft, his son (President of the Patriots organization).
Then again, there’s a 101 yo woman who still owns the Chicago Bears, so Kraft has a ways to go.
Speculation (here at least) is that Belichick will want to go to a team with a proven quarterback so he can quickly get the wins record. Not sure how “proven” our quarterback is. And not sure how Bill will feel about working for Howie Roseman (our GM . . . who is going nowhere after the Chip Kelly debacle).
I’m curious what will happen with Stephen Belichick and Brian Belichick (both are coaches on the Patriots and sons of Bill).
