Rabbis vs. Rabbits (simple language mixup), plus the incongruity of the notion of making a bunch of “Easter Rabbis”.
When we had the shutdown and all the political noise going on (it’s still going on), I crawled into my vast selection of MAD magazines (going back to the late sixties and including a few paperbacks) and got a few laughs every day. I’m still visiting them. MAD magazine explains my sense of humor and outlook of the ridiculous world we live in. Rest in prace, Al Jafee!
15 years ago or so I gave a friend a CD set of every single MAD magazine to date. I think he already had paper copies …
