This is available at my No Frills grocery store in Canada, and would be available at the T&T Grocery Store which is a chain of Chinese grocery stores across Canada. Maybe your local Asian grocery store has a similar product. It’s like Eagle Brand in a squeeze tube, and looks shelf stable.
I found it next to the evaporated and condensed canned milk, near the Quik.
