Went last night to Sawan.
Not bad.
Everything was fresh and temperature hot.
Wife likes everything mild, I prefer more on the spicy side (indian spicy vs American spicy). but all was good.
Aloo Gobi, Goa Fish, Vegetable jalfreezi.
Overall I thought everything had too much of a tomato-y taste. Masked the other flavors/spices a bit.
But would go back.
And plenty left for lunch today!
Have you been to Aarzu in Freehold yet? It may be little more upscale than Sawan, but everything I’ve tried there has been fantastic!
