Tried the meat borek for a late breakfast today. $4.64 with tax.
This was so buttery that I almost didn’t enjoy it. (I have a high tolerance for grease.) It would have been better heated up, I think - my fault for not asking. The sweet pastries in the case looked like they might have been tastier. They claimed that they make all the borek in-house - not sure if that really means they make it in Tuba’s kitchen, as there didn’t look like a whole lot of space in the back for baking.
Just in case, I asked if they have any plans to offer more complete Turkish breakfasts, i.e., kahvaltı. Nope.
