I’ve never seen Mann’s up here in Canada, Looks like it would suit me just fine.
AFAIK the only Mann’s product I’ve seen in Canada are snow peas and snap peas. I wasn’t aware they sold other veggies.
We’re also just 2 @casa lingua, but we do eat a LOT of salad (as evidenced by this thread ), and tonight we almost polished off one of the large clamshell containers of baby green & red leaf. I have endless room for lettuce in my belly, but I realize not everyone does.

How long did that stay crunchy for you? I’m making that sk broccoli slaw “of the day” and the rest of the week. I love a salad that is good for several days. I’m using dried cherries.
There is just me, I buy the 4 pack of little gem, or sometimes they have 2 gem and 2 red leaf. It lasts a very long time.
Huge EBTKS salad. Red cabbage, red onion, roasted golden beet, yellow pepper, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, crumbled Italian sausage, (because if I don’t have protein I will turn to dust and blow away). Bleu cheese dressing.
Three days.
Napa cabbage salad with kimchi dressing, plus Korean Galbi (short ribs).
I wanted some crunchy romaine the other day, but the 2 packages left were well past edible.
So I picked up a small head of napa cabbage instead and have been exploring its applications — so many!
The kimchi was almost too intense, so I chopped it up and used it as the salad dressing instead. So good! Tangy, spicy, still intense, but now offset by the fresh cabbage.
Aldi has those 4-packs. I LOVE them.

Raw salad. Corn, red cabbage, zukes, mozz shreds, shallots, red pepper, tomatoes in a lime/olive oil dressing.

The color is different with this batch! I must be using a different ratio of colors. The color reminds of bottled French salad dressing!
And we are having another power outage so I am trying not to open the refrigerator to soon.
