Salad of The Day (SOTD :tm:) — Did You Eat A Salad Today?

A version of banh mi salad, made from sous vide pork belly trials, yesterday’s tiger salad , and last week’s fermented pickle.

It could use more pickled veg. I added a handful of basils and a mayo dressing from the Serious Eats pork belly recipe served on the side.
