I’ m already read into avoiding gluten, processed foods, high-glycemic index and sugars, and emphasizing proteins. But if there’s a book that hits this topic in a thinking way AND has known delicious recipes, I’d like to hear about it.

I dont have a recommendation for a cookbook, but turmeric has worked brilliantly for me and my wonky ankles and knees.
I also take tart cherry juice. It’s more commonlynused for gout, but it quiets the grumbling from my joints immediately.
Just pulled this off our shelf for you. It was helpful towards food shopping, meal prep and meal suggestions beyond the details involved in the dietary reasons to follow. Bought a 2nd hand copy at the bookstore.
