Today I got six notifications, on site and in email, that people replied to a post of mine. But it wasn’t my post–it was this one. I did like that post, but I didn’t write it.
Oh, wow… you have email notifications turned on?
That would drive me bonkers.

Not intentionally! But I don’t get all that many. There seems to be a delay–if I follow the notification onsite in mumble amount of time, the email isn’t sent. They mostly arrive overnight.
You can turn those off, ya know?
They don’t bother me.
Well, then. Don’t mind me 
I figured it out–I’d set the notification policy in that topic to “Watching”, so it alerted me to every new post. I set it back to Tracking. So, never mind!

Twice this week I was notified that someone liked a post of mine. I clicked on the link in the notification, which brought me to the post, but the notification didn’t go away after I’d read it. It did go away after a few minutes.
Seems like it liked you long time…
I upgraded to the latest version of iOS and editing on an iPhone seems broken in chrome and safari
