Day 2 report on the KA millionaire’s shortbread:
I was curious how these would slice after being in the fridge overnight. I warmed my knife with warm water and wiped it between all cuts, and was able to get neat slices. Straight out of the fridge, the chocolate and caramel were both soft but not gooey, which is perfect for my use case. I can make these the day before the tea, refrigerate overnight, cut them in the morning, and keep in the fridge til service.
Also they are delicious.
