Hi Just wanted to share my first and only experience making pasta in a pressure cooker. Before this, I didn’t really see the point ! “Coquillettes Jambon” is like the mac & cheese for kids here in France. This recipe created by a well-known chef lifts it up just a bit, though keeping it what it is… Elbow macaroni, ham and cheese ! Follow the recipe to the T for the first time then play around with it.
