power outage--safe to keep any dairy?

Our power was out for 11 hours yesterday. Unfortunately the fridge is exceptionally full of pricey dairy. We kept it closed but it got warm inside.

I already threw out the milks.

Anyone have any anecdotal insight on whether any of these can be salvaged? All unopened.
A2 yogurt
organic cottage cheese
nancy’s cultured sour cream
cheeses including Monterey Jack, Gruyère, aged parmesan (think this one will be fine)
wet cured “carving” ham

Could I freeze some to use for baking?

I just tried some sour cream; hoping to know about the cultured dairy in a few hours.

Thanks in advance.

If it was for ME to eat, I would be ok with the yogurt, cottage cheese, sour cream, and cheeses.

But that’s ME.

I am not suggesting that it is ok for you, or anyone else, to eat those items. Just that it would be OK for me to do it.

I would make the same decision for myself.
