Mike is the youngish guy, short dark hair?
Was sitting at a table from afar but could see the vermouth “swirl and toss”. There are some high-end places that don’t get that right.

I think the first time I met him was a stint at Walt St. Pub and then saw him a few times over the years at Brothers
