We too had a lovely afternoon. My favorites were the roti, the grilled sausage that exploded (not pictured) and the noodles once the accompanying sauces were dumped on top.
I look forward to future rendezvouses. It was especially nice to put faces to the names I read all the time @linguafood, @tcamp, @Bigley9
I think the exploded sausage was this although sign at the booth spelled it a bit differently. I wish I’d bought a package of that although the one I did buy was good too. The non-exploded one…
I also liked the massaman curry and roti as well as the som tum. Actually, everything was great and the variety much appreciated. Thanks to Lingua for organizing us and everyone else for coming!
I’m planning to have the remaining two lemongrass sausages for lunch 
And I will pick up more of those and the exploding kind next chance I get. So good!
Next time you go, could you snap a pic of the sign for those sausages so I can get the name right to search locally?

I don’t think we got a picture of them, but they were a fiery red, and seemed to pop open on the charcoal grill (?), but maybe @tcamp has a better explanation?

They were flavorful but not super spicy.
It was a lot of fun and I enjoyed meeting folks in person! Had some of the leftover papaya salad today and as expected the heat continues to grow!
