Pannetone makes very good bread pudding and this variation looks like a winner - I like the fresh orange zest, cardamon and maybe marzipan additions - tho the saffron is not a favorite flavor. Maybe some pearl sugar on top to dress it up!!

Last of this year’s excellent p-tone™️ was French toasted this morning. With some local maple syrup, A+.
