OMG this stuff is soooo good

I’ve been on the Lao Gan Ma bandwagon for a while. I still say that all you need to make very good Sichuan noodles are these two things:

If you can’t find the one on the left, it’s mostly white pepper and msg.

But I have found my new favorite chilli oil concoction and, like that Frank’s Red Hot commercial, I put that $hit on everything. I found it by accident and now I can’t live without it.

Get this now! ( I have no stock in S & B - although I do like their curry )
