Olympia Provisions- Which of their charcuterie do you like?

My local mom and pop grocery store came back from the SF Fancy Food Show with a bunch of charcuterie from the Portland-based Olympia Provisions. That’s great, I get to try a bunch of them without going to Portland or paying for shipping from their website.

I have only tried the Cacciatore so far, and it tastes very good. I want to try more, but because there are so many varieties, I’d love to hear if you have opinions on any specific products they have. I saw the following at our store: chorizo rioja, chorizo navarre, chorizo andalucia, finocchiona. I think there are a few others, but I don’t remember them all.

Anything worth trying before they run out of stock?
