I’m not, at all. In NW Montana the stores with some varity are Safeway and Costco. TJ’s is five hours away by car.

Safeway has California Olive Ranch EVOO (pure California) which is my fav for every day use.

Just a guess, but probably because mash-and-centrifuge is more efficient/cost effective than mash-and-press.
