It opened for me but I’m a subscriber so not a good test case. Interesting article. I sent to my son who is going to Mexico City next month.

I find the gift links work, but it’s hard to make them look like the non-gift ones do. I usually try to copy and paste them into a link like this, but using the NYT title like this Can Foreigners Handle the Heat? Mexico City Debates Milder Salsas. ,
