I find rice to be a no-brainer on the stovetop, so I just don’t get a separate device to do this. Lamb and beef is certainly a consideration as you can get it tender in way less time (if it is a pressure unit, not all are)… chicken not so much.
Of course you can do soup in it, but again, you can do soup in anything.
If your not looking for an air fryer, or a pressure cooker, I don’t see the appeal of these devices.
