So all the restaurants do that? In Bellevue too? One article suggested the Bellevue branch didn’t do that until recently.

…how dare he pick something?) , tommorow Water Grill for lunch, Wild Ginger for dinner… 
And yeah…it’s cold! At least compared to Nor Cal.

You know, I’m not sure, but many in the greater Seattle area do. It’s not typical in the county where I live, but then again, I haven’t been out that much since the pandemic. I need to change that!
Carmine’s last night;
Husband had shrimp app (gambini?); sauce not as good as last night; shrimp are better.
I had the fried squid; it was “fine”.
Husband had rigatoni with ragu Bolognese ( small!)
Lots of good food and service ; leftovers for late night snack and lunch. Skipping Water Grill.
ETA; Everyone looks is so young! How can such young people live like this, seemingly having so much fun?

If you’d asked about Italian, I’dve steered you to Salvatore. Not as haute as Carmine’s, but always very rewarding.

Yeah, ssssh! on the weather up here, it’s a closely guarded secret. Rain festival is from Jan 1 - Dec 31, and is suitable only for soups & stews year round 
Yay for the upcoming good weather, which no one will find out about because the PNW topic doesn’t get too much traffic lol.
