I picked up a pack of this IG and TikTok () famous sweet potato bread at a local Korean market.
They are frozen and you heat them up in the oven or the air fryer. It’s pretty good. It had a crispy crust with a chewy mochi like layer and sweet potato in the center. The bottom came out a little soggy in the air fryer, I might try putting it on a rack next time.

Yeah. It’s not a primary food source for us ;-), and we already have a big ole tubba Tillamook Hazelnut Chocolate taking up a lot of space in our top freezer.
Also, not sure how heavy it is on the cardamom, which is why I was hoping someone else had tried it
Pigs is good eats, and if you’re going to slaughter an animal for consumption, you might as well use all of it.
I’ve never thought about cardamom in ice cream green tea and ginger is as exotic as I’ve gotten.
It was the pistachio that caught my eye, of course! And the kulfi. The cardamom was kind of an afterthought.
I love pistachio ice cream. I’ve been negligent in checking for new brands.
It seems so different from what was my father’s favorite in the 60-'s-70’s, or maybe it just seems so much more special. I mostly just remember it being green.
With the growing South Asian, Turkish and Persian population in Canada,and assimilation, the regular grocery stores stock more interesting ice cream and frozen treat options lately.
Also, frozen mochi and kulfi.
