Is that like a sour gummy flavor?
Yep. They are also called Sour Soothers.
The Pop Shoppe in the 70s and 80s was a little cheaper than Coke or Pepsi, and mostly had cola, ginger ale, grape, cherry, lime, and cream soda.
This reincarnation of the brand has more novelty flavours.
Gloppy vinaigrette sounds like a conflict. Never had a gloppy one. I wouldn’t want that salad, either.
No, but I’d be catching them in yap if I found those.
I think I bought these Siwin Pork and Chive Potsickers at Sobeys. They are quite good. Would buy again.
Those look just like Trader Joe’s Pork Gyoza potstickers which I love.
They also make a pork and beef gyoza, which I also purchased and have not tried yet!
Hopefully I’ll visit TJs and/ or Wegmans (most likely in Buffalo or Erie) at some point over the next year!
Heinz discontinued its hamburger dill chips. Saw these yesterday and got a jar out of curiosity. Haven’t tried yet.
Have you tried Grillo’s? They’re hands down my favorite (national) pickle brand.
Yes, I have. I must have gotten a strange batch, because they were waaaay too vinegary, and I like tart. Was encouraged to see dill fronds, but alas.
They are also best eaten fresh, which I suppose is a good sign.
I did. The day I bought them.
Cute!
Should read tiny dried sausage
Picked up this lobster bisque for tonight’s dinner.
Any of our northern HOs wanna chime in (if they’re familiar, that is)?
We had it once at a friend’s house/party long time ago - very bland with hardly any lobster flavor. The reviews on Amazon are quite accurate, e.g. “This tastes like someone said the work seafood in the next room while you slurp on warm milk”
Well, that’s a bummer. At $11.49 for that bucket I had higher hopes. Good thing we have other stuff to eat tonight.
Maybe just add a very liberal splash of sherry to it and a lot of chives and hope for the best?
Hmmm. I have neither in our pad. How 'bout some Bluecoat gin instead? I’d chop some more parsley but I’m done with kitchen prep for the day
Good luck!
