Modernist Cuisine - Bread

I really like their other to book projects so far and looking forard to the new one next year

I’ll be very curious to read what they have to say. I still enjoy reading MC even though I rarely cook directly from it.

And five volunes about bread sounds like that they will have to say a lot about it. I hope the majority of recipes don’t require CVaps
