I recently got a Green Pan 15” carbon steel paella pan at Costco for $26. I really like the large flat surface. It’s nonstick but I’m not sure how it’s done.

Quite the deal at $26 - they claim more like 100 reg and sale price 70.
It’s not coated but the say it’s pre-seasoned.
