Marinade for: Sous vide & deep fried Turkey breast?

Had some at a restaurant the other day, from a chef friend - it was amazing. So, naturally, had to buy some this weekend, it was so good. Anyone have a good recipe for an asian style marinade that isn’t too aggressive?

Also wondering what I should serve with it.
