The most effective way completely surprised me Because it turned mildew on me. Interesting.
No one said freezer? For cooking that works great, just use a box grater and grate while still frozen. Flavor is still excellent. And still much better than stuff in a tube or jar
Honestly, I have tried freezing it and grating and I found it overly waterlogged and tasteless.
