KOS & baby tater hash with a perfectly fried egg. Wish I hadn’t used up all the parsley for yesterday’s eggs — it’s a bit monochromatic, but it was f’n delish.

Asian style meat sauce, lamb with garlic, ginger, onion. Gochjang , brown sugar, tomato paste, soy sauce added to the browned meat. Topped with peanuts and sesame seeds, served over TJ’S squiggly noodles, sprinkled with sesame seeds and peanuts.
Dessert was a slice of apple walnut streusel tart, pink lady apples baked up very nicely.
Tot waffle topped with black beans, melted cheese, fried eggs, avocado and fabulous carnitas. Side of fresh corn pico.
After unsuccessfully trying to walk to the Asian market, I drowned my sorrows in leftover salad and tiny bit of Peruvian fried rice.
That salad is about 75% avocado
