I find it on Best Sous vide cooking but not satisfied it is correct or not.
can anyone tell me the recipe of Fish Marinade ?

Could you elaborate on what, exactly, it is you’re looking for?
I googled this phrase and came up empty. Is there another term for it? Did you mean to enter “mouth watering” fish marinade?
I’ve used the following on swordfish for decades. You could use it on less dense/oily fish as well, but would probably want to cut down on the marinade time.
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 Tblsp fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic - minced
1/4 cup parsley - chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Set a little aside for basting while grilling, and marinate 1-2 hours.
