It looks like a wonderfully tasty dish, and it has all of the right ingredients.
But…
Too much freakin work and expense for one dish. I am not going to take an entire beef tenderloin, some wine, a towel, and a shit ton of salt…just to throw it onto some coals, not OVER the coals, ONTO the coals, and hope that it turns out right like it does in the pictures.
Fuhgettaboutit…I’ll order it in a restaurant that offers it.
