I’m not one to gush over wings, but these coal-fired ones from Urban Coal House in Red Bank were another level. Good amount of meat on them, tossed with charred/caramelized onions, a peperoncini, and we added an Italian long-hot for an extra $2. Not realizing these wings were so good that they would not need sauce, we added a side of Buffalo and Bleu cheese (another $1) but ended up not using either.
Came to $19 with add-ons but worth every freakin’ penny. I couldn’t stop eating them.
The place also made a great martini with excellent quality olives.
