First question, plastic or metal? Which ones are the must have?
Which nozzles do you have and do you have some original ones?
I don’t have a big collection. The following I have, allow me to make choux, éclair and limited decorations. Bought individually when I need a certain size or form but it seems cheaper to buy a set.
Although I have a small set, the only one that gets much use is the eclair nozzle, metal. I just do not feel the urge to decorate cakes, although now and then I’ll write something with the small round nozzle. It is always something very creative like “Happy Birthday” or “Happy Retirement.”
