I made some a while back:

VIETNAMESE - Cuisine of the Quarter, Summer 2017 (Jul-Sept)

I made some bánh cuốn using a recipe from Andrea Nguyen’s Into The Vietnamese Kitchen. I didn’t have fried shallots, so I used some French’s fried onions as a garnish. [image][image][image]
