Queued an hour for fried Chinese-Muslim beef-filled buns at the hyper-popular 3-month-old π πΌπ» ππ΅πΆπ»π²ππ² ππ²π²π³ π₯πΌππΆ in Bukit Bintang this morning.
The wait is okay as, 8 weeks ago, Singapore food blogger, Bruce Mathieu, came about the same time as I did (8.30am in the morning) and had to queue 1.5 hours for his rotis!
Love the beef-filled rotis: crisp golden-brown spiraled layer, enclosing lightly-flavored, faintly cumin-scented minced beef and scallion filling. The chefs all looked like Uighurs from Xinjiang.
