Knish skins, store bought?

I’ve been making spicy Indian mashed potatoes (Aloo Tikki) recently. I’d like to use them in a potato knish but I don’t want to mess with rolling out the dough. Is there any type of wrapper, thin like a crepe, that would be suitable for this purpose either store bought or made in a pan like a crepe? I plan to shallow pan fry. Thanks!
