Remember SWISSAIRE from CH? He posted about a place in Germany that would buy and reship eBay items that wouldn’t ship to USA.
Unless there are import restrictions (on a bolt?), we can solve this.
The key question is whether it’s the right part.
Good shears are a must have in my kitchen, too.
Around here we’d take the shears to the sharpening service.
He’d have something to fix it; he deals with commercial saws and cutting implements every day.
