Tried it for the first time today and it’s really good! Makes a nice lunch on crispbread.

A pantry staple for me. Also good on potato salad or made into a pate-type spread with cream cheese, minced scallions, lemon juice and maybe zest and a bit of the juices in the tin to get a spreadable consistency. I have also used it to make chowder in the dead of winter when I am down to pantry goods.
