Stuffed with salt cod puree! I think I tried it once and it did not disappoint.

I am deeply thankful for you posting that Jim Becker romesco recipe. I did not manage to save it from Chowhound. I always sub piquillos for roasted red bell peppers for romesco.

Rauxa is perhaps my favorite restaurant of all time. I was so sad when he closed.
