Probably the last soup of “souping season” (terminology by @Ttrockwood, I believe) - it was good, but needs work:

Red chilies- A woman frying red chilies in Vembakkottai camp. Red chilies are extensively used in cooking by Tamilians from both Sri Lanka and India.
